The Costa Blanca has some of the best beaches in Spain, mile upon mile of fine white sand and a beautiful climate with pleasantly mild winters, warm springs and autumns and hot dry summers. No wonder so many of the British have made this area their home. This property is in a fantastic location to make the most of what this area has to offer but at the same time if getting out and exploring isn't your thing then the pool is a very nice way to relax in the sun and there are numerous amenities and entertainment a short walk away.
Jardin del Mar is an urbanisation on the outskirts of Torrevieja and the area houses many nationalities, including British, Irish, German, Scandinavian and of course Spanish. It is a quiet area and the property itself faces east, ideal for breakfast on the patio, especially due to the fact that the property overlooks open land.
It is also ideally placed for a short golf break with four courses all within a 20 minute drive of the apartment. There are bars, restaurants, two supermarkets, the Habaneras shopping Centre, an Aqua-park, Bowling Alley and Sports Complex all within walking distance. This is a popular area close to salt lakes and nature parks, suitable for walking and cycling. There is a bus stop nearby with a regular bus service to the town centre and blue flag beaches.
This a two bedroom ground floor apartment facing south east. It is is fully equipped for a relaxing holiday and is within five minutes drive of some of this coast's most beautiful, white, sandy beaches. The lounge has English Tv and complimentary Wi Fi. There is a double bedroom and a twin bedroom.There is a lovely communal pool at the property, with a very pleasant surrounding garden to relax in.
For the active among you there is a very picturesque walk accessed directly from the property which takes you around the lovely La Mata lake, a haven for nature lovers and drive of around half an hour will take you to some stunning mountain walking areas.
There is a good bus service
locally, with buses running into Torrevieja every half an hour and also
to other areas.
A booking deposit
of 20% is required to reserve and the balance to be paid 8 weeks before
arrival. Changeover days are negotiable depending on existing reservations,
midweek bookings accepted though peak season Saturday only. Any evidence
of smoking anywhere within the property will result in the forfeit of
the damage deposit. Car hire is not essential, airport transfers can be
arranged from either Murcia or Alicante airport . A damage and key deposit
of £100/150euros is required and will be returned after satisfactory
inspection of the apartment. Payment
may be made by personal cheque, bank transfer, or secure credit/debit
card payments. .
