Jardin del Mar V111 is in a complex of houses and two storey apartments, with designated pool areas, situated approx 5 min's drive from Torrevieja town centre and beaches and about 40 miles from either Alicante or Murcia Airport. There are bars, (Shannons bar, Conciertos Bar, St James Gate) restaurants, Carrefour supermarket, the Habaneras shopping Centre, an Aqua-park, Bowling Alley and Sports Complex all within walking distance. This is a popular area close to salt lakes and nature parks, suitable for walking and cycling. There is a bus stop nearby with a regular bus service to the town centre and blue flag beaches. Everything is within easy access so car hire is not essential.
This property is a 2 bedroom north facing upstairs apartment with a large roof top solarium. The comfortable lounge has English TV , DVD player and free W i Fi is available. An air-con/heating unit is in the lounge and available on a meter should you need it. There are 2 bedrooms, both doubles. For your comfort there are ceiling fans in the lounge and both bedrooms. The communal pool is a short walk away. There is a bathroom with a walk in shower. It has a fully equipped separate kitchen (Not American style) with dishwasher.
There is a small balcony off the lounge, which is perfect for breakfast and people watching with a table and 4 chairs. There is an awning for shade if required in the hot summer months. The roof solarium has table and chairs, plus a parasol, sunbeds and a BBQ, it is perfect for al fesco dining and sunbathing.
Please ask for discounted rates for lets of over 3 months in the winter. For the cooler months the property is well equipped with wall electric radiators, an oil filled radiator and a double electric fan heater together heating via the air con unit.

Torrevieja is a fast developing Mediterranean coastal town situated approximately 30 miles from Alicante / Murcia airports on the Costa Blanca, in the south east of Spain. It is easily accessible due to the main N322 road and the A7 motorway .It is situated next to the sea in the south of the Valencian Community and it boasts lots of beaches, a natural park and salt lakes where there is an abundance of flamingos and other wildlife. Due to the vicinity of the salt lakes, Torrevieja benefits from a microclimate that has been a long favourite with the Spanish and Nordic tourists who come year after year for its beneficial effects. Torrevieja has even been voted as one of the best places to live by the World Health Authority.
Torrevieja: A popular place to stay, Torrevieja caters well for tourism, with plenty of activities on offer by day or night although it isn't a resort in the package holiday sense.The town provides first class facilities for lovers of all sports - there are golf clubs, a flying club, a variety of water sports and the municipal stadium with an athletics track, sauna and covered courts for tennis. It is also ideally placed for a short golf break, there are many professional golf courses within 20 minutes drive from the accommodation, notably Villamartin, Las ramblas and Campoamor.
Zenia Boulevard, the largest shopping centre in Europe which opened on 25 September 2012, is a five minute drive away. Zenia Boulevard has a traditional Mediterranean design, featuring more than 600 trees and 55 different plant species in the various gardens and open spaces which give colour to the shopping centre. Its layout is designed to reflect a typical Spanish village, with various "town squares" such as Plaza London Square or Plaza Mayor linked by "streets" lined with shops of every description.
The centre accommodates popular national, international and local brands such as the hypermarket Alcampo, Leroy Merlin, Tenpin bowling, Primark, Inditex with Zara and their other trademarks H&M, C&A, Deichmann, Guess, Geox, Swarovski, Punto Roma, Muerde la Pasta, Kiko, Druni and Marvimundo. There is a Casino there and childrens play areas.

A booking deposit
of 20% is required to reserve and the balance to be paid 8 weeks before
arrival. Changeover days are negotiable depending on existing reservations,
midweek bookings accepted though peak season Saturday only. Any evidence
of smoking anywhere within the property will result in the forfeit of
the damage deposit. Car hire is not essential, airport transfers can be
arranged from either Murcia or Alicante airport . A damage and key deposit
of £100/150euros is required and will be returned after satisfactory
inspection of the apartment. Payment may be made by personal cheque, bank
transfer, or secure credit/debit card payments. .

The owner reserves the right to decline bookings of single sex groups
but they may be considered in some circumstances with prior consent of
