or from which to explore the coast & local towns, all within a few
minutes drive. Campoamor golf course and Hotel with its numerous fitness
and leisure activities is directly beside Las Ramblas Golf. Beautiful

Las Ramblas is one of 4 golf courses close to the property. Its clubhouse,(FREE
WI FI available here), is just a 5 minute walk away. Nearby is the green
and lush Campoamor course and a little further on is the more famous Villamartin
The popular plaza at Villamartin offers a wide choice of restaurants,
cafes and bars and nearby at Cabo Roig there is yet another opportunity
to sample different cuisines.
La Fuente commercial centre is approximately 10 to 15 minutes walk and
here you can find a varied selection of restaurants and bars(Free WI FI
available in some outlets).Other shops/supermarkets are readily available
in the immediate area.
If golf isn't your passion why not visit the many blue flag beaches located
only 10 minutes drive away and enjoy the many activities they have to
offer. A trip to the Mar Menor is a must where you can experience its
warm, shallow, waters.
Local markets can be found on almost any day in the Costa, selling virtually
anything you want. Torrevieja, only 15 minutes drive away, is a thriving
town, has a lovely promenade and two salt lakes nearby with a bird reserve
and pink flamingoes.
For the more adventurous why not visit the beautiful city of Murcia and
see the splendour of its architecture or visit the town of Guardamar,
famous for its beaches and festivals. Benidorm, approximately 1 hour away,
has lots to offer, Terramitica theme park, Mundomar marine park and its
exciting night-life. The historic city of Cartegena and its lovely harbour
is only a 40 minute drive.
Zenia Boulevard, the largest shopping centre in Europe, is an easy ten
min drive. Zenia Boulevard has a traditional Mediterranean design, featuring
more than 600 trees and 55 different plant species in the various gardens
and open spaces which give colour to the shopping centre. Its layout is
designed to reflect a typical Spanish village, with various "town squares"
such as Plaza London Square or Plaza Mayor linked by "streets" lined with
shops of every description.
The centre accommodates popular national, international and local brands
such as the hypermarket Alcampo, Leroy Merlin, Tenpin bowling, Primark,
Inditex with Zara and their other trademarks H&M, C&A, Deichmann,

A booking deposit
of 20% is required to reserve and the balance to be paid 8 weeks before
arrival. Changeover days are negotiable depending on existing reservations,
midweek bookings accepted though peak season Saturday only. Any evidence
of smoking anywhere within the property will result in the forfeit of
the damage deposit. Car hire is not essential, airport transfers can be
arranged from either Murcia or Alicante airport . A damage and key deposit
of £100/150euros is required and will be returned after satisfactory
inspection of the apartment. Payment
may be made by personal cheque, bank transfer, or secure credit/debit
NO SMOKING IS PERMITTED INSIDE THE PROPERTY. Smoking on the terrace only,
The owner reserves the right to decline bookings of single sex groups
but they may be considered in some circumstances with prior consent of
the owner. It is preferable the lead party member is over 25 years of
age, if they are not, again with prior consent of the owner, a booking
can be made with a parental guarantor signed contract
