This house is situated in a quiet cul de sac in the Los Dolses area near to Villamartin with its popular golf course and the beautiful Villamartin Plaza which is approximately 20 to 30 minute walk depending on a brisk walk or stroll or 5 minute drive. There are two other Golf Courses nearby which are equally as popular. Las Ramblas is approximately 15 minutes walk away with Campoamor Golf Club being about 10 minutes walk. The property is a 2 Bedroomed Lola house which has designated parking, a beautiful Communal Swimming Pool in Landscaped gardens shared only with 14 other properties and located at the start of the Cul de Sac has its own private rooftop solarium and two other outdoor areas for soaking up the morning, afternoon or the evening sunshine.
The property itself is accessed from the front of the house, all accommodation is on one level and comprises of lounge and dining area with air conditioning and English TV. There is a DVD player and some DVD Discs for guests use and a range of reading books. There is also some information on where to go and visit during your stay.
The open plan kitchen has ample storage space for provisions and includes a washing machine, fridge freezer, toaster microwave and oven, ironing board and iron.
There is a family size bathroom with a bath and shower, toilet, bidet and Sink unit with ample space for toiletries. The twin bedroom has a ceiling and floor fan with ample storage space for clothes and personal effects. The master bedroom has a ceiling and floor fan with ample storage space for clothes and personal effects and opens out via double doors to the rear patio area and access to the parking area on Calle Pistacho. The Roof top Solarium is accessed via steps to the side of the Main Entrance to the house.
There is a small local commercial centre at Los Dolses which has a few bars and cafes, a hairdressing and beauty academy, English butcher shop, English supermarket, a bank, a gift/card shop and Chinese, Greek and Indian restaurants.
La Zenia Boulevard is a shoppers heaven, situated near to Los Dolses and has all a that a modern shopping centre has to offer including all the main designer shops, cafes, bars, ample restaurants for differing tastes, hair and beauty salon and shops, A Bowling Alley and tattoo shop, phone Shop, banks, The largest Primark in Europe and many more attractions.
The nearest Blue Flag Beach is La Zenia Beach which has a lovely Coastal Path that leads to many other beaches in both directions. Situated between Playa Flamenca Beach and Cabo Roig Beach. All a short drive away or a good walk ( 40 mins approx minimum).
There is a local cleaning and meet/greet charge of 60euros per booking. A booking deposit of 20% is required to reserve and the balance to be paid 8 weeks before arrival. Changeover days are negotiable depending on existing reservations, midweek bookings accepted. Any evidence of smoking anywhere within the property will result in the forfeit of the damage deposit. Car hire is not essential, airport transfers can be arranged from either Murcia or Alicante airport. A damage and key deposit of £100/150euros is required and will be returned after satisfactory inspection of the property. Payment may be made by personal cheque or by bank transfer, however, if you prefer we can offer secure credit card payments. Welcome packs and hire of beach towels (saves luggage space!) can be arranged, please ask for details
