a private roof terrace and a ground floor, pool level, terrace is now
available for holiday lettings.
The apartment is in a quieter area of Torrevieja just a 25 minute stroll from Los Locos and Playa Del Cura, both Blue Flag beaches and also close to the lively harbour and international marina in Torrevieja town centre.
There is a large airy lounge with a TV showing free to air UK channels, French, German and Spanish channels, also a video and DVD player. There is also a double sofa bed in the lounge. The kitchen is well equipped with fridge, freezer, hob, oven, microwave, iron and board and washing machine There is also a dining area with table and chairs to seat up to 6 people.There are 2 bedrooms, the master bedroom has a double bed and there is another air-con unit which is also coin-operated. The second bedroom has twin beds. There is a bathroom with bath and shower facilities.
The main feature of this apartment is the outside space and the unbeatable view of the private communal swimming pool and gardens from the roof terrace and lounge balcony so you can keep an eye on the kids splashing about in the pool from the comfort of your own terrace whilst enjoying a glass of the local vino and tapas! There is also a ground floor patio for your use which is at pool level. The private roof terrace is well equipped with patio furniture to enable you to either dine in the sunshine under the shade of a parasol or while away the balmy evenings, entertaining your friends and family.
There are also a couple of sun-loungers available to catch every last ray of that glorious Mediterranean sunshine Spain is renowned for.
Local shops and a supermarket, for supplies of food, wine and gifts are 2-3 minutes away on foot. The bus station and Friday market, the biggest in Europe, is only a 15 minute walk away. Less than 5 mins drive away, is the huge Hypermarket Carrefour and a modern shopping mall. Here you can buy everything from local produce to some of those usual favourite brands from home and there is a myriad of tropical fruits and foodstuff.
Close by there are several excellent restaurants and bars, including Chinese, Indian, Spanish, Belgium, English. Aquapolis, the local water park, is a short walk away, as is the "Habaneras" shopping Centre and local green parks.
The lively town and beach front of Torrevieja, is buzzing in the summer months, there is a resident funfair and evening craft market which is only a short distance away. Local Activities include cycling, fishing, golf, horse riding, sailing, swimming, tennis, walking, water skiing and if you prefer the sand of a bunker to that of the beach, there are many golf courses in the Costa Blanca region. Along with Villamartin golf course there are Las Ramblas and Campoamar and of course the famous La Manga course which is only an hours drive south. All courses are 18 holes and can be pre-booked.
This is an ideal holiday for those who do not want to drive when on holiday, but car hire is close at hand and makes everything literally 2 minutes away.
This is also an idea apartment for someone working in the local area and looking for a long let.
A booking deposit of 25% is required to reserve and the balance to be paid 8 weeks before arrival. Changeover days are negotiable depending on existing reservations, midweek bookings accepted. Prices shown are per week for up to four guests, for a party of five there is a small surcharge per week. Any evidence of smoking anywhere within the property will result in the forfeit of the damage deposit. Car hire is not essential, airport transfers can be arranged from either Murcia or Alicante airport. A damage and key deposit of £100/150euros is required and will be returned after satisfactory inspection of the property. Payment may be made by personal cheque or by bank transfer, however, if you prefer we can offer secure credit card payments via Pay Pal. These payments will incur an additional charge of 5%. Welcome packs and hire of beach towels (saves luggage space!) can be arranged, please ask for details.There is a small charge payable locally for departures/arrivals between the hours of 23.00 – 8 am
Please note €75 is added to the above rates for cleaning & meet & greet services. A local surcharge of €10 will be charged if you are arriving after 11pm or wish to depart before 8am. Local charges are payable in cash on arrival along with a Security Deposit of €150

The owner reserves the right to decline bookings of single sex groups but they may be considered in some circumstances with prior consent of the owner. It is preferable the lead party member is over 25 years of age, if they are not, again with prior consent of the owner, a booking can be made with a parental guarantor signed contract
