The Florida Golf complex is
in the golfers paradise of Villamartin situated on the Costa Blanca 50
mins from Alicante airport and 30 mins from Murcia airport. Within a ten
min drive there is the cosmopolitan town of Torrevieja. Situated between
Villamartin and Las Ramblas golf courses it has it's own deliciously inviting
residents swimming pool. A 20 minute walk away you can find the buzzing
night-life of Villamartin Plaza, which boasts over 30 cosmopolitan bars
Whether your perfect holiday consists of golf and activity or rest and relaxation, you will find it in Villamartin. There is everything you need nearby, including a large supermarket. There are many golf courses in the Costa Blanca region. Apart from Villamartin golf course there are Las Ramblas and Campoamar and of course the famous La Manga course which is only 45 minutes drive south of Villamartin. All courses are 18 holes.
The area of Villamartin is set approximately 5 kilometres inland from the coast. Within a 5 minute drive there are several excellent Blue Flag beaches at Cabo Roig, La Flamenca, La Zenia & Campoamar , there is a regular bus service to the beach if you are not hiring a car. During the months of June-September on each of these beaches you will find a beach bar and you can hire sun beds and parasols. These areas also have further bars and restaurants plus other facilities such as banks and supermarkets.
This is a south facing townhouse with a self-contained apartment. On the entrance level to the property there is a separate kitchen and the lounge/diner with English TV, DVD player, music centre, library of books and free Wi Fi. Upstairs are the two bedrooms and main bathroom. For your comfort there are ceiling fans in all rooms. The extra large rooftop solarium with great views is accessed via a spiral staircase (may not be suitable for small children, the elderly or infirm) The ´apartment´ is on the lower floor and has its own seperate access as well as directly from inside the property. The living area here consists of a seperate bedroom and kitchenette and the lounge/diner. There is a double sofa bed with a single pull out bed available. Through the patio doors you can access the garden area with its palm tree and barbecue. The large communal pool has a lifeguard in the summer months. La Fuente commercial centre is a 10 minutes walk with numerous international restaurants and bars, pharmacy and banks.
Zenia Boulevard, the largest shopping centre in Europe, is a short drive away. Zenia Boulevard has a traditional Mediterranean design, featuring more than 600 trees and 55 different plant species in the various gardens and open spaces which give colour to the shopping centre. Its layout is designed to reflect a typical Spanish village, with various "town squares" such as Plaza London Square or Plaza Mayor linked by "streets" lined with shops of every description.
The centre accommodates popular national, international and local brands such as the hypermarket Alcampo, Leroy Merlin, Tenpin bowling, Primark, Inditex with Zara and their other trademarks H&M, C&A, Deichmann, Guess, Geox, Swarovski, Punto Roma, Muerde la Pasta, Kiko, Druni and Marvimundo. There is a Casino there and childrens play areas
A booking deposit of 20% is required to reserve and the balance to be paid 8 weeks before arrival. Changeover days are negotiable depending on existing reservations, midweek bookings accepted. Any evidence of smoking anywhere within the property will result in the forfeit of the damage deposit. Car hire is not essential, airport transfers can be arranged from either Murcia or Alicante airport . A damage and key deposit of £100/150euros is required on arrival and will be returned after satisfactory inspection of the property. Payment may be made by bank transfer, however, if you prefer we can offer secure credit card payments.There is a small charge payable locally for departures/arrivals between the hours of 23.00 – 8 am.
Price includes local services (cleaning, meet/greet with the keys). A non-refundable deposit of 20% is needed to reserve your dates and the balance paid 8 weeks before arrival. On arrival there is £100 refundable security deposit to pay

The owner reserves the right to decline bookings of single sex groups but they may be considered in some circumstances with prior consent of the owner.
