Local leisure activities include cycling, diving, fishing, golf, sailing, swimming, walking, water-skiing, windsurfing, aqua-park and go-karting. Car hire is not necessary in order to enjoy a wonderful seaside holiday but recommended if you wish to venture further afield. There are at least 4 local beaches within a 10 minute drive. Nearby Torrevieja (5 km) with its sea front promenade, aqua park and marina, is an easy car ride away with a regular bus service
This marble floored property is a luxurious, air-conditioned, 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment in Punta Prima - a stones throw from the beach and the Nautilus Restaurant. The complex is called La Recoleta and is a gated complex with two pools and beautiful gardens. The Punta Prima strip with bars and restaurants is about a 10 minute stroll away.
The apartment is on the second floor and there is a lift for those of you who cannot or prefer not to use the stairs.
From the child-friendly, south-facing and secure balcony there are dual aspect views of the sea and this makes a lovely place to sit and while away the hours, topping up that tan or having a leisurely bite to eat and a glass of the local vino whilst you gaze out over the colbalt blue sea. There are sumptuous leather sofas in the lounge and the TV receives UK channels (Freeview channels) and for those who prefer to listen to a little music there is a Hi-Fi with MP3 connectivity, and many adaptors, leads and cables for our modern day essentials. (If required, WI-FI is available for an additional cost of €20 per week)
The well appointed kitchen, includes, fridge freezer, washer dryer, electric oven, microwave, toaster, juicer, sandwich maker plus all the normal equipment.
The Master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with shower, toilet and his & hers double sink unit.
Everything has been provided with your comfort in mind, even down to the beach chairs and shopping trolley bags.

The closest beach is at the end of the road and there are at least 3 other local beaches within a 5 minute drive.
If you prefer the sand of a bunker to that of the beach, there are many golf courses in the Costa Blanca region. Along with Villamartin golf course there are Las Ramblas and Campoamor and of course the famous La Manga course which is only an hours drive south. All courses are 18 holes and can be pre-booked.
Nearby Torrevieja (5 km) with its sea front promenade, aqua park and marina, is an easy car ride away with a regular bus service (bus stop is just a few minutes away) and offers all the attractions of a large seaside town.

owner reserves the right to decline bookings of single sex groups but
they may be considered in some circumstances with prior consent of the
owner. It is preferable the lead party member is over 25 years of age,
