The unique apartment complex of Edifico Nautico is shaped like a luxury liner which has landed on the sandy shores of La Mata.
This striking piece of architecture stands out against the back drop of the N332 and the La Mata salt lakes and people come from all over the world to bathe and take advantage of the health promoting properties of these local salt lakes. Dunas De La Mata, is only a 35 minute drive from Alicante and Murcia airports.
The spacious, two bedroom top floor apartment is accessed by lift so it is suitable for guests with mobility problems.
Located to the rear of the complex and away from the main road and any noise, this bright, airy, comfortable apartment has a good sized lounge area which has a sofa, 2 comfortable armchairs, and a dining table with four chairs. There is a TV with some English speaking channels (subject to availability). There is a DVD and CD player for your extra entertainment - so don’t forget to bring your favourite CD’s and DVD’s. The lounge also has a ceiling fan to keep you cooler in the hot summer months and there are stand-up fans to dot around the apartment for your added comfort. There are oil-filled radiators for the winter months.
The lounge has patio doors which lead out onto the child-friendly, walled balcony, which has another table and chairs for alfresco dining. The balcony has views over the communal areas of the complex and on a good day you can catch a glimpse of the sparkling Mediterranean from the balcony
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a hob, oven, microwave, fridge freezer, toaster, kettle and washing machine. The main bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobes and patio doors which lead out onto the spacious balcony which is a lovely place to step directly out of your bed onto! The second, light and airy bedroom has two single beds and looks into the galleria of the complex. The bathroom, which is fully tiled, has bath and shower facilities.
The large communal swimming pool is in the centre of the complex along with a pleasant communal seating area.
The apartment complex is situated opposite a national park, and the sandy, Blue Flag beach of La Mata is within walking distance where you can also find bars and restaurants for all tastes and pallets There is a long wooden boardwalk along the whole promenade, which makes for a lovely evening stroll. There are bars and restaurants in La Mata, suitable for all budgets. La Mata is the perfect place for a relaxing holiday.
If you want a little more bustle and nightlife, the cosmopolitan town of Torrevieja is just a 10 minute bus/taxi away, there are many shops, a weekly market, harbour and a promenade lined with bars and restaurants. Local activities include; cycling, fishing, horse riding, mountain biking, swimming and walking.
Should you decide to hire a car there are the three top class golf courses a short drive away, numerous lovely sandy coves along the coastline and a short drive inland would find you in the midst of the Spanish countryside, making Vinamar and La Mata is the ideal location for your holiday.

Additional Local Charges
Please note €65 is added to the above rates for cleaning & meet & greet services. A local surcharge of €10 will be charged if you are arriving after 11pm or wish to depart before 8am. Local charges are payable in cash on arrival along with a Security Deposit of €150
Any 2nd provision of bed linen & towels will be charged at €15 for the first 4 guests and €2 per guest thereafter and beach towels are also available for hire for your stay
NO SMOKING IS PERMITTED INSIDE THE PROPERTY. Smoking on the terrace only, please
owner reserves the right to decline bookings of single sex groups but
they may be considered in some circumstances with prior consent of the
owner. It is preferable the lead party member is over 25 years of age,
if they are not, again with prior consent of the owner, a booking can
be made with a parental guarantor signed contract
