This three bedroom ground floor property is located in a quiet road on the outskirts of Torrevieja, Jardin del Mar V1, approximately 35 minutes from Alicante or Murcia airports on the sunny Costa Blanca. Jardin del Mar is in a complex of houses and 2 storey apartments, with designated pool areas, situated approx 5 min's drive from Torrevieja town centre and beaches. Jardin del Mar is situated between the blue and pink salt lakes of Torrevieja. A cycle path connects the beach with the lakes and you could bring your binoculars to go bird watching!
It is also ideally placed for a short golf break with four courses all within a 20 minute drive of the apartment. There are bars, restaurants, two supermarkets, the Habaneras shopping Centre, an Aqua-park, Bowling Alley and Sports Complex all within walking distance. This is a popular area close to salt lakes and nature parks, suitable for walking and cycling. There is a bus stop nearby with a regular bus service to the town centre and blue flag beaches.
The enclosed south facing patio with lockable gate makes it safe for those little ones. The accommodation comprises of three bedrooms, one double and two twins and one bathroom (with shower). It has a fully equipped separate kitchen (Not American style)
The lounge has two sofas along with a TV showing some english speaking channels. Wi Fi is available if needed, please ask for details. All of the bedrooms are tastefully decorated with bedside cabinets, fitted wardrobes and plenty of storage space. Bed linen is provided at no additional cost. The separate kitchen is equipped with fridge freezer, microwave, hob, oven, toaster, food processor, iron, ironing board and washing machine. At the back of the kitchen there is an outside utility area for drying clothes etc. The bathroom is fully tiled and comprises a full size bath with shower over, vanity basin and toilet.
Prices include departure clean and being met with the keys. Air conditioning is available, if needed, on a meter, with one unit in the lounge that filters through to the bedrooms.

The owner reserves the right to decline bookings of single sex groups but they may be considered in some circumstances with prior consent of the owner. It is preferable the lead party member is over 25 years of age, if they are not, again with prior consent of the owner, a booking can be made with a parental guarantor signed contract.
