The beautiful blue flag beaches are a 10 minute drive, whilst the bars and restaurants of the La Fuente Commercial centre are a five minute drive. The Las Ramblas Golf clubhouse and restaurant is just a few minutes’ walk.
The front of the property has a terrace with table & chairs and steps up to the spacious private solarium. The solarium is well equipped with table, chairs, sun loungers and BBQ. At the back of the property there is a private garden that overlooks the golf course.
The spacious lounge dining area has dual air conditioning, English Satellite television, DVD Player, and an American style kitchen/utility area with all the usual appliances including dishwasher and sufficient crockery and cookware.
There are two twin bedrooms, both with dual air conditioning and fitted wardrobes. One of the bedrooms has an en-suite shower room. The family bathroom is fully tiled with vanity unit and mirror, toilet, bidet, bath with shower over.
All beds will be freshly made up for your arrival and towels provided. Please bring your own beach towels.
