La Mata - Situated to the north of the well known Costa Blanca town of Torrevieja, the seaside resort of La Mata is a beautiful and popular destination. La Mata has some fine beaches, a good selection of bars and restaurants and still has the feel of an old Spanish town. La Mata is an ideal place for a holiday in Spain. La Mata is 2300 metres long and over 40 metres wide, to the south it adjoins the Cape Cervera, and to the north it delimits the area of La Mata Tower, which has given its name to this district.
This is a large three bedroom second floor apartment on two floors. As
you enter the apartment you come into a large lounge with two sofas of
which one converts to a sofa bed. There is a dining table for 6 people.
Doors open onto a balcony with a partial sea view. There is a TV with
English and Scandanavian speaking channels and a DVD player. There is
a fully equipped american style kitchen
Also on this floor there is a double bedroom (which has doors leading to a small balcony) and a twin bedroom , all with built in wardrobes and ceiling fans.There is a family bathroom with bath and shower over, basin and bidet.
From the lounge you go up the stairs to another twin bedroom with built in wardrobe and a ceiling fan. This bedroom has a en suite. Doors open out onto a large solarium which has sea views.
The communal pool is very close to the apartment and the sandy beach of La Mata is a 2 minute walk away at 100 meters.
