These are twin interconnected south facing ground floor apartments on the Las Ramblas golf course making deal family holiday accommodation with superb views overlooking the Las Ramblas golf course. They will sleep 8/10. There is a communal pool and jacuzzi directly outside.
They are connected via a private rear patio, moving between the apartments takes only a few seconds.
Las Ramblas golf complex is a peaceful and secure holiday environment which you can enjoy whether you play golf or not! Las Ramblas is next door to the Campoamor Golf Club with 5 star hotel and leisure facilities. Just a short drive will take you to the wonderful beaches of the Costa Blanca and 10 minutes along the motorway will take you to the idyllic Mar Menor area with La Manga a short drive further on. Should you wish to explore further, the AP7 motorway will take you in the direction of Cartagena or Alicante. The perfect base for exploring or lazy days by your own pool.

EACH apartment comes complete with:
• Two twin bedrooms - built in wardrobes, bedside table with lamp, chest of drawers, shelves, fan, chair, shutters on windows, views over the golf course.
• Two bathrooms, one en-suite with shower, washbasin and WC, the other with bath, shower, washbasin, WC and bidet.
• Fully equipped kitchen - hob, oven, extractor hood, all necessary cooking equipment, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, washing machine, iron and ironing board, large storage cupboards and enough glasses, plates, bowls, cups and saucers, cutlery etc for six people.
• Large sitting / dining room - dining table and chairs for four, two double settees, double sofabed, coffee table, side tables, sideboard, two overhead lights and two table lamps, large fan, bookshelf.
• TV, hi-fi and CD player, DVD player, books and games.
• Double doors leading to large south facing verandah overlooking the golf course, with adjustable sun blinds overhead and to the side, equipped with table, chairs and side tables.

The owner reserves the right to decline bookings of single sex groups but they may be considered in some circumstances with prior consent of the owner. It is preferable the lead party member is over 25 years of age, if they are not, again with prior consent of the owner, a booking can be made with a parental guarantor signed contract
