across the road from Los Locos beach, a long stretch of beautiful sandy
beach which gently slopes into the crystal clear waters of the Mediterranean.

This beautiful beach apartment has air conditioning ducted throughout
the whole apartment. There are 2 bedrooms - one with a double, posture-pedic
bed and the other with large twin beds. There is 1 bathroom with the usual
4 piece suite and a powerful over-bath shower. In the fully equipped kitchen
there is a ceramic hob, electric oven, dishwasher, fridge freezer. In
the open air utility area there is a washing machine and plenty of space
to store beach items, along with a separate sink.
The lounge has a comfortable sofa bed. There is a multi lingual TV - and
complimentary Wi Fi, a DVD player, radio and a dining area. There are
enough seats in the apartment for 6 to dine.
The terrace on this apartment is larger than average and overlooks the
pool and recreation area. There is a large quality patio table and seating
for alfresco dining, along with sun loungers and huge parasol. There is
a video/phone security entrance system, a small safe and we have additional
patio door locks and security grilles on all doors and windows for your
total peace of mind.
Orbi Playa has a large, residents pool area which has a main pool and
a separate, shallow children’s pool. There is also a knick-knack
shop and a tapas bar on the ground floor of this complex There are beach
bars and restaurants along the front and a butcher’s, fishmonger’s,
bakery and small supermarket just around the corner, providing mouth-wateringly
fresh bread, pastries, fish and meat produce.
Just a five-minute
walk away is the totally pedestrianised promenade, sandy beach and restaurants
of Playa Del Cura, where you can happily watch the children on the beach
whilst having a nice relaxing meal at the same time! The numerous restaurants
and bars cater for all tastes.You are also within walking distance of
the lively town centre of Torrevieja where you will find street markets,
a marina and harbour, resident fun fair, buzzing nightlife and an extensive

not forgetting the three 18 hole championship golf courses.
There is a bus stop to the right of the front of the building and the
local bus service runs into town every 10 minutes.

There is a local surcharge
of 20euros if you are arriving after 21h or wish to depart before 7am.
Local charges are payable in cash in euros on arrival along with a Security
Deposit of €150/£100
NO SMOKING IS PERMITTED INSIDE THE PROPERTY
A booking deposit
of 25% is required to reserve and the balance to be paid 8 weeks before
arrival. Changeover days are negotiable depending on existing reservations,
midweek bookings accepted. Any evidence of smoking anywhere within the
property will result in the forfeit of the damage deposit. Car hire is
not essential, airport transfers can be arranged from either Murcia or
Alicante airport. A damage and key deposit of £100/150euros is required
and will be returned after satisfactory inspection of the property. Payment
may be made by personal cheque, bank transfer, or secure credit/debit
card payments. Welcome packs and hire of beach towels (saves luggage space!)
can be arranged, please ask for details.There is a small charge payable
locally for departures/arrivals between the hours of 23.00 - 8am
