This development is ideally positioned just across the road from Los Locos beach, a long stretch of beach which gently slopes into the crystal clear waters of the Mediterranean. Los Locos beach has been awarded the European Blue Flag of cleanliness.
This 5th floor beach apartment has some sea views from the balcony and air conditioning in the living area There are 2 bedrooms - both with twin beds. There is a bathroom with the usual 4 piece suite and an over-bath shower. In the fully equipped kitchen there is a ceramic hob, electric oven and fridge freezer.
The lounge has a comfortable sofa bed, TV - with some digital channels (subject to availability) a DVD player and a dining area for formal dining
The balcony on this apartment overlooks the pool and recreation area. There is a patio table and seating for alfresco dining if you prefer to eat your lunch whilst gazing out over the sea.
There is a video/phone security entrance system and a small safe for your peace of mind. Orbi Playa has a large, residents pool area which has a main pool and a separate, shallow children's pool.
There are 2 lifts which service
the block and ramps are throughout the communal areas, so this is a
wheelchair friendly complex.
There are beach bars and restaurants along the front and a butcher's, fishmonger's, bakery and small supermarket just around the corner, providing mouth-wateringly fresh bread, pastries, fish and meat produce.
If you need to keep in touch with the office or friends and family, there is also an Internet cafe less than 2 minutes round the corner, which stays open very late. We should note that, directly in front of this building, the waters edge is slightly rocky, which although not ideal for paddling, does mean that this part of the beach is less crowded. You only need to walk a short way up the beach for a sandier approach into the waters. Just a five-minute walk away is the totally pedestrianised promenade, sandy beach and restaurants of Playa Del Cura, where you can happily watch the children on the beach whilst having a nice relaxing meal at the same time!
The numerous restaurants and bars cater for all tastes.You are also within walking distance of the lively town centre of Torrevieja where you will find street markets, a marina and harbour, resident fun fair, buzzing nightlife and an extensive new promenade.
There are many family attractions
in Torrevieja and surrounding area. Three 18-hole championship golf
courses are nearby.
The theme park of Terra Mitica is only an hour's drive away and there are numerous coach trips which run there daily. There are many activities including water sports, horse riding, go-karting and scuba diving to name a but a few. For the golf lovers amongst you there are three championship courses within driving distance.
Other local amenities include water-sports, horse-riding and go karting not forgetting the three 18 hole championship golf courses.
Car hire is not essential

There is a local surcharge of 20euros if you are arriving after 21h or wish to depart before 7am. Local charges are payable in cash in euros on arrival along with a Security Deposit of €150/£100
25% is needed to secure your dates with the balance paid 8 weeks before arrival.
Welcome packs and hire of beach towels (saves luggage space!) can be arranged, please ask for details.
Any 2nd provision of bed linen and towels will be charged at €15 for the first 4 guests and €2 per guest thereafter.

the damage deposit. Car hire is not essential, airport transfers can be
arranged from either Murcia or Alicante airport . Payment
may be made by personal cheque, bank transfer, or secure credit/debit
card payments. .

The owner reserves the right to decline bookings of single sex groups but they may be considered in some circumstances with prior consent of the owner. It is preferable the lead party member is over 25 years of age, if they are not, again with prior consent of the owner, a booking can be made with a parental guarantor signed contract
