Playa Flamenca is one of several areas within the Orihuela Costa. It is a very popular destination with a large seafront plaza and a fine sandy beach, rocky coves, cliffs and great views. It is one of the starting and stopping points on the Orihuela Costa coastal walking route as well as having the CDM Orihuela Costa municipal sports centre, which has an indoor swimming pool, a selection of courts, a running track and a couple of 7-a-side football pitches. Playa Flamenca has many commercial centres offering a selection of shops and places to eat, a helpful tourist office and the Saturday morning market is one of the largest and busiest in the area. Sightseers can choose from the nearby historic cities of Murcia, Cartagena and Alicante or the pretty palm tree forest town of Elche. The town of Torrevieja with its long beach front promenade, excellent shopping, cafes, largest market in southern Spain and nightlife is just a short drive away. Playa Flamenca is every golfer's Mediterranean dream, with 3 beautiful championship courses of international prestige within a very short drive.
This is a fabulous 2 bedroom first floor apartment in Playa Flamenca and is available for long or short term rental. It comprises of two bedrooms, one double and one twin. The bright and airy lounge has English TV. There is free wi fi. For your comfort there is air conditioning/heating available in the double bedroom. There is a balcony off the lounge for al fresco dining. A small communal pool is available, approx 4 x 3 m. A sofa bed in the lounge is available for the 5th/6th person and a travel cot is available free of charge.
Within a very short walk (bottom of the road) there are bars and restaurants. The Flamenca beach commercial centre with restaurants and bars etc is a 20 minute walk away, while the beach is a fifteen to twenty minute walk. Other beautiful beaches are within comfortable driving distance – La Zenia, Torre de la Horadada, Cabo Roig. A local bus service is provided in the summer months. There are also restaurants,bars and supermarkets within walking distance along with the famous Playa Flamenca market held on a Saturday.
Zenia Boulevard, the largest shopping centre in Europe, is a 20 - 25 minute walk away. Zenia Boulevard has a traditional Mediterranean design, featuring more than 600 trees and 55 different plant species in the various gardens and open spaces which give colour to the shopping centre. Its layout is designed to reflect a typical Spanish village, with various "town squares" such as Plaza London Square or Plaza Mayor linked by "streets" lined with shops of every description.
The centre accommodates popular national, international and local brands such as the hypermarket Alcampo, Leroy Merlin, Tenpin bowling, Primark, Inditex with Zara and their other trademarks H&M, C&A, Deichmann, Guess, Geox, Swarovski, Punto Roma, Muerde la Pasta, Kiko, Druni and Marvimundo. There is a Casino there and childrens play areas.

A booking deposit
of 20% is required to reserve and the balance to be paid 8 weeks before
arrival. Changeover days are negotiable depending on existing reservations,
midweek bookings accepted though peak season Saturday only. Any evidence
of smoking anywhere within the property will result in the forfeit of
the damage deposit. Car hire is not essential, airport transfers can be
arranged from either Murcia or Alicante airport . A damage and key deposit
of £100/150euros is required and will be returned after satisfactory
inspection of the apartment. Payment
may be made by personal cheque, bank transfer, or secure credit/debit

The owner reserves the right to decline bookings of single sex groups but they may be considered in some circumstances with prior consent of the owner. It is preferable the lead party member is over 25 years of age, if they are not, again with prior consent of the owner, a booking can be made with a parental guarantor signed contract
