The area of Villamartin is set approximately 5 kilometres inland from the coast. Within a 10 minute drive there are several excellent Blue Flag beaches at Cabo Roig, La Flamenca, La Zenia & Campoamar. There is a regular bus service to the beach if you are not hiring a car. During the months of June-September on each of these beaches you will find a beach bar and you can hire sun beds and parasols. These areas also have further bars and restaurants plus other facilities such as banks and supermarkets.

There are many golf courses in the Costa Blanca region. Apart from Villamartin golf course there are Las Ramblas and Campoamar and of course the famous La Manga course which is only 45 minutes drive south of Villamartin. All courses are 18 holes.

Zenia Boulevard, the largest shopping centre in Europe, is a short drive away. Zenia Boulevard has a traditional Mediterranean design, featuring more than 600 trees and 55 different plant species in the various gardens and open spaces which give colour to the shopping centre. Its layout is designed to reflect a typical Spanish village, with various "town squares" such as Plaza London Square or Plaza Mayor linked by "streets" lined with shops of every description.

The centre accommodates popular national, international and local brands such as the hypermarket Alcampo, Leroy Merlin, Tenpin bowling, Primark, Inditex with Zara and their other trademarks H&M, C&A, Deichmann, Guess, Geox, Swarovski, Punto Roma, Muerde la Pasta, Kiko, Druni and Marvimundo. There is a Casino there and childrens play areas

This property is a large spacious air conditioned villa, which is ideally suited for families as situated in a quiet residential community. The property has one twin bedroom and a bathroom on the ground floor, upstairs has a master bedroom with en-suite and solarium, a double, a twin room with solarium, also there is another bathroom on this floor. Air con is available in all bedrooms and the lounge. The lounge has English TV, (50 inch plasma) a DVD player and an Xbox. There is a fully fitted kitchen with cooker hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, and washing machine. Outside has an undercover patio with a large table and chairs to seat 8 people, a pool table and bbq. The large garden has a private pool. Please note the larger pool in the photo is a communal pool shared only by 4 other villas. Villamartin plaza is just a 10 minute walk. Morgans bar with nightly entertainment is just round the corner. It's a 10 minute drive to lots of blue flag beaches.

The Costa Blanca is an ideal location for a summer or winter sun holiday with an average of 320 days sunshine each year. Torrevieja is a fast developing Mediterranean coastal town situated approximately 30 miles from Alicante / Murcia airports on the Costa Blanca, in the south east of Spain. It is easily accessible due to the main N322 road and the A7 motorway .It is situated next to the sea in the south of the Valencian Community and it boasts lots of beaches, a natural park and salt lakes where there is an abundance of flamingos and other wildlife. Due to the vicinity of the salt lakes, Torrevieja benefits from a microclimate that has been a long favourite with the Spanish and Nordic tourists who come year after year for its beneficial effects. Torrevieja has even been voted as one of the best places to live by the World Health Authority.

Torrevieja: A popular place to stay, Torrevieja caters well for tourism, with plenty of activities on offer by day or night although it isn't a resort in the package holiday sense.The town provides first class facilities for lovers of all sports - there are golf clubs, a flying club, a variety of water sports and the municipal stadium with an athletics track, sauna and covered courts for tennis. Visitor numbers increase greatly during the summer months of July and August, and Easter is another popular time, it's no wonder with a fantastic climate, lots of restaurants and shops galore, Torrevieja is the ideal choice for a fun-packed holiday in the sun. It is also ideally placed for a short golf break, there are many professional golf courses within 20 minutes drive from the accommodation, notably Villamartin, Las ramblas and Campoamor.

If day trips are your thing then there is plenty to do and see around the Costa Blanca.

A booking deposit of 20% is required to reserve and the balance to be paid 8 weeks before arrival. Changeover days are negotiable depending on existing reservations, midweek bookings accepted though peak season Saturday only. Any evidence of smoking anywhere within the property will result in the forfeit of the damage deposit. Car hire is not essential, airport transfers can be arranged from either Murcia or Alicante airport . A damage and key deposit of £200/300euros is required and will be returned after satisfactory inspection of the apartment. Payment may be made by personal cheque, bank transfer, or secure credit/debit card payments.

NO SMOKING IS PERMITTED INSIDE THE PROPERTY. Smoking on the terrace only, please

The owner reserves the right to decline bookings of single sex groups but they may be considered in some circumstances with prior consent of the owner. It is preferable the lead party member is over 25 years of age, if they are not, again with prior consent of the owner, a booking can be made with a parental guarantor signed contract
