apartment is on a level location in a typical Spanish village and situated
within easy access of several blue flag beaches with lifeguards. It would
suit golfers, families and people looking for a relaxing break in these
typical Spanish surroundings
For Golfers the La Marquessa Golf Course is about 5 minute drive. The
newly built championship course of La Finca is an easy 15 minute drive
away and Los Ramblas, Villa Martin and Campoamor courses are a short drive
down the AP7. For nature lovers there is an abundance of wild life including
flamingos on the nearby salt lakes, and El Recorral a large expanse of
open moor a short drive away. For family fun Quesada has its own Aqua
Park, (open in the summers months). The apartment also has a communal
pool (open summer months only and has a Spanish daily siesta ) just a
one minute walk away, together with a beach bar serving drinks and ice
The nearest sandy beaches of Quardamar and La Marina are a 10 to 15 minute
drive away. Torrevieja is a 20 minute drive away, past the large Carrefour
super market and brand new shopping centre.
The village of Rojalas has both English and Spanish bars and restaurants,
2 local supermarkets and a weekly local market all within walking distance.
Also within a 20 minute walk is the village of Benijofer which also has
more excellent restaurants and bars.
The apartment has two twin bedded rooms with fitted wardrobes incorporating
a safe, bathroom with shower and bidet, lounge, dining area and American
kitchen with fridge/freezer, full cooker and microwave. Ceiling fans in
both bedrooms are provided to cool you down in the summer; plus the option
of air conditioning units in the lounge and one bedroom which also provide
heating in the colder months should either be required.
The apartment comfortably sleeps four. A television showing English channels
and DVD player is provided with an extensive selection of DVDs to suit
all tastes, a radio is also provided.At
the front of the apartment is a private balcony which provides both sun
and shade throughout the day. A spiral staircase takes you to a roof solarium
which gives you extensive panoramic views of the whole area plus has all
day sunshine for the perfect tan.There are sun loungers available.
For those of you that enjoy sightseeing guides of what to do/see in the
surrounding area including Alicante, Benidorm, Murcia, Guadalest, Elche
(shoppers paradise) and many more, are provided in the apartment.
A booking deposit
of 25% is required to reserve and the balance to be paid 8 weeks before
arrival. Changeover days are negotiable depending on existing reservations,
midweek bookings accepted. Prices shown are per week for up to four guests,
for a party of five there is a small surcharge per week. Any evidence
of smoking anywhere within the property will result in the forfeit of
the damage deposit. A damage and key deposit of £100/150euros is
required and will be returned after satisfactory inspection of the property.
Payment may be made by personal cheque, bank transfer, or secure credit/debit
card payments.There is a small charge payable locally for departures/arrivals
between the hours of 23.00 – 8 am

There is a 40 Euro cleaning charge payable on arrival in Spain for each booking.
NO SMOKING IS PERMITTED INSIDE
THE PROPERTY. Smoking on the terrace only, please
owner reserves the right to decline bookings of single sex groups but
they may be considered in some circumstances with prior consent of the
owner. It is preferable the lead party member is over 25 years of age,
if they are not, again with prior consent of the owner, a booking can
be made with a parental guarantor signed contract
