This is a three bedroom duplex apartment situated close to all local amenities and several good local restaurants and bars. The famous Villamartin Plaza and Golf Course is a 20 min walk down the road or 2-3 mins by car. The property is close to 4 Golf Courses, Royal Campomoar, Villamartin and Las Ramblas are only a few mins away by car, La Finca is 20 mins drive away.
The apartment is on the first floor which has the lounge with English TV available, 2 bedrooms and kitchen. The top floor has the double bedroom with a patio door leading onto the solarium. There are oil radiators for the cool winter nights and air conditioning on both floors, essential in the summer. There is a information pack on things to do and activities in the villa. A travel cot can be arranged with prior notice.
There is a kidney shaped pool for guests and residents only, and a small shallow area for young children. The pool is one door away from the apartment and is quite secure for young children. The property has off road gated driveway with electric gates for security and also safety of young children. The terrace has seating for six for alfesco dining and overlooks the driveway. The secluded solarium has sunbeds and table and is ideal for private sunbathing and has views over community park area with distant sea views.
There is a utility area with iron, ironing board, clothes airer. Upstairs on the solarium there is a washing line. Bed linen and bath towels are included. Please bring your own beach towels
There are several sandy beaches to choose from with jet skis etc in high season, about 20 mins away by car. Nearby Torrevieja offers bowling, cinema ,shopping centre ,daily market, casino, and water park. Benidorm is approx an hour away and has a theme park and safari park .Mundomar is dolphin park similar to Seaworld and is ideal for young families.
Zenia Boulevard, the largest shopping centre in Europe which opened on 25 September 2012, is a five minute drive away. Zenia Boulevard has a traditional Mediterranean design, featuring more than 600 trees and 55 different plant species in the various gardens and open spaces which give colour to the shopping centre. Its layout is designed to reflect a typical Spanish village, with various "town squares" such as Plaza London Square or Plaza Mayor linked by "streets" lined with shops of every description.
The centre accommodates popular national, international and local brands such as the hypermarket Alcampo, Leroy Merlin, Tenpin bowling, Primark, Inditex with Zara and their other trademarks H&M, C&A, Deichmann, Guess, Geox, Swarovski, Punto Roma, Muerde la Pasta, Kiko, Druni and Marvimundo. There is a 55 euro cleaning charge payable on arrival in Spain for each
booking for up to four guests, please add 10euros for each additional
guest. A booking deposit of 20% is required to reserve and the balance
to be paid 8 weeks before arrival. Changeover days are negotiable depending
on existing reservations, midweek bookings accepted. Any evidence of smoking
anywhere within the property will result in the forfeit of the damage
deposit. Airport transfers can be arranged from either Murcia or Alicante
airport. There is a small charge payable locally for departures/arrivals
between the hours of 23.00 – 8 am. A damage and key deposit of £100/150euros
is required and will be returned after satisfactory inspection of the
property. Payment may be made by personal cheque, bank transfer, or secure
credit/debit card payments.
owner reserves the right to decline bookings of single sex groups but
they may be considered in some circumstances with prior consent of the
owner. It is preferable the lead party member is over 25 years of age,
if they are not, again with prior consent of the owner, a booking can
be made with a parental guarantor signed contract
