With its cosmopolitan feel the Plaza provides an excellent choice of restaurants, bars and shopping facilities. This fully furnished 2 bedroom 1 bathroom 2nd floor apartment is spacious and airy. It is located close to restaurants, bars, supermarket and shops. It is perfect for a golfing or beach holiday (beach about 5km) and ideally placed for motorway access for further exploring of the wonderful Costa Blanca. There is a regular bus service to the beach and to the Zenia large shopping complex during the summer months. Also there is a bus stop and taxi rank at the Plaza for further journeys.
The apartment has two bedrooms, both with built in wardrobes and ceiling fans. There are French doors from the main bedroom that access the west facing balcony which gets the sun from the midday. There is a king size bed in the main bedroom and a 3/4 bed plus single bed in the second bedroom. All beds will be freshly made up for your arrival and towels provided.
The spacious lounge diner has English TV and a DVD player. There is free
Wi Fi available. There is an air conditioning unit in the lounge and in
both bedrooms which offers both hot/cold available on a meter. French
doors lead from the lounge area to a larger than average terrace, with
table and chairs. The bathroom is fully tiled with sink, mirror, and bath

The kitchen is fully fitted and includes oven, fridge-freezer and microwave. There is a separate utility area with washing machine. There is live entertainment from mid June to mid September four times a week which finishes at midnight.
