Nuevo Castillo is situated in a tranquil & natural village urbanisation that is the Pinar de Campoverde (Pine Forest of the Green Field), which nestles amongst the pine forests and the orange and lemon groves of the Rio Seco and provides all the facilities needed for everyday living within walking distance, namely supermarkets, bars and restaurants, shops etc. The Villa’s location is approximately a 1 hour drive south of Alicante airport or 30 minutes drive north from San Javier / Murcia airport and approx 10 minutes drive inland from the many stunning blue flag beaches of Southern Costa Blanca and Costa Calida. The area is also a ’paradise’ for golfers with a choice of several beautiful courses within easy ‘driving’ distance, including the new ‘Lo Romero‘ course which is literally 5 minutes down the road from the Villa! Villa is available for holiday accommodation or short / long term rental.
The lower floor provides a very spacious living area. There is a wide screen TV with English channels including BBC, ITV, etc video & DVD players & a PS2 console with various games. In addition, there are many board games, books and toys for the kids.
3 bedrooms (1 double bed & 1 room with 2 single beds on the upper floor & 1 room with 2 single beds on the middle floor). Each bedroom has fully fitted wardrobes and air conditioning. There is also a travel cot available for very young children.
On the middle floor there is a shower room with WC and hand basin. On the upper floor, we have a bathroom with bath, shower, WC and hand basin.
The Villa offers an open plan kitchen and dining room area on the middle floor. The kitchen is fully fitted with oven, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, large fridge freezer, washing machine and all crockery, cutlery and utensils.
The lower floor provides direct access to the garden area. There are dining tables & chairs on both the middle & lower floors as well as external seating facilities (deck chairs & sun loungers) & a barbecue area so where you eat is entirely up to you!
The property has stairs throughout and therefore is not suitable for wheelchairs or for the elderly with mobility difficulties.
There is an extensive garden area to the rear of the property with a sunbathing deck and a large outdoor BBQ, ideal for alfresco dining and relaxing in the sun. The garden is accessible either by way of the patio doors in the lounge area or via the external staircase at the side of the property.The private gated swimming pool serves just 12 properties on the block. It can only be accessed with a residents key. There are also 2 municipal swimming pools on the urbanisation which can be accessed all day for a few Euros. There are also tennis courts for hire
The accommodation is suitable for families or friends holidaying together. There is air conditioning in all 3 bedrooms. An internal staircases link all 3 floors. There are tiled floors throughout. It is suitable for young children under supervision.Gated parking for 2 standard size vehicles. Car rental recommended.
