Aguas Nuevas is on the northern
side of Torrevieja. Torrevieja is a busy, bustling town with a wide a
range of facilities and amenities. It has seven blue flag beaches, a marina,
a casino, a sports centre and tennis courts, museums, parks and churches
and numerous shops, restaurants and bars in this thriving tourist resort.
There are excellent shopping facilities, including a Carrefour hypermarket
only 5 mins away by car. There are 3 supermarkets within walking distance
to the property.
Some areas of Torrevieja have been designated as protected nature reserves
and park lands, which you can enjoy walking through. The two large salt
lakes are home to flamingos, seabirds and wildlife. The air is clean and
pure, ideal for those with asthma or chest complaints. Torrevieja is a
good base for exploring the rest of the coastal area. There are also numerous
pubs and clubs in the near by centre for the young at heart or those who
just like to party. The airports of Alicante and Murcia are both about
30 mins away.
Zenia Boulevard, the largest shopping centre in Europe which opened on
25 September 2012, is a ten minute drive away. Zenia Boulevard has a traditional
Mediterranean design, featuring more than 600 trees and 55 different plant
species in the various gardens and open spaces which give colour to the
shopping centre. Its layout is designed to reflect a typical Spanish village,
with various “town squares” such as Plaza London Square or
Plaza Mayor linked by “streets” lined with shops of every

such as the hypermarket Alcampo, Leroy Merlin, Tenpin bowling, Primark,
Inditex with Zara and their other trademarks H&M, C&A, Deichmann,

This comfortable townhouse is in a quiet area of Aguas Nuevas close to
all amenities so car hire is not essential.
The lounge area contains two sofas, coffee table, sideboard, TV, (no channels,
please bring your favorite DVD's!) DVD player & dining suite
There is a separate kitchen with cooker, hob, washing machine, fridge
freezer, kettle, coffeemaker, toaster, iron, cutlery, ware, pots, glassware,
utensils etc. There is one single bedroom downstairs so also suitable
for the less mobile with a toilet/washroom downstairs. The main bedroom
has a double bed, built in wardrobes and a patio door to a south facing
sun terrace. The main bathroom is upstairs The 3rd bedroom has two single
beds, There is a spare fold out bed available for a 6th person. For your
comfort fans are available.
This house is ideal for families. The communal pool is directly behind
and easily viewed from the patio area.

be made with a parental guarantor signed contract
