La Veleta is a prestigious residential area on the south of Torrevieja, close to the centre of the city , and close to the shopping centers of Habaneras and Zenia Boulevard. The N -332 road towards Alicante and south to Cartagena easily communicates with the Mediterranean motorway AP- 7 and the golf courses of Las Ramblas, Campoamor, Las Colinas and Villamartin.
This is a beautiful well equipped townhouse located in the heart La Veleta, Torrevieja. The property consists of 3 bedrooms, (two double, one twin) 1 bathrooms and one downstairs cloak room, an american style kitchen, garden and a roof top solarium.The townhouse is distributed over 3 floors. The lounge and two double bedrooms have air conditioning available. There is English Dutch Norwegian and Swedish TV and Radio channels available. The lounge has a Wii console. The main bedroom which has a king size bed has views of the communal pool and an enclosed balcony with chairs
The property is on a private gated urbanisation accessible by a key. There is parking outside.
The communal pool is next to the property. The house is 300m from the sea, less than 15 minute walk along the sea path to sandy beaches, and less than 10 minutes walk to bars, restaurants etc. The centre of Torrevieja is a short bus ride away. The bus goes from the end of the road and costs approx 1.40euros. If you get off at the bus station you are ideally located for all the shops, bars, restaurants, fairground and the craft market.
There are many local attractions including 4 golf courses all within 15 minutes drive; long sandy beaches; evening fun fair; go-karting; aqua park and boat trips from the marina (around the coastline or to the beautiful Tabaca island). There is a harbour walkway in Torrevieja which takes you out to sea and provides a great view of the Torrevieja coastline. The craft market can be found along the promenade, which comes alive from early evening and sells local arts, crafts, jewellery, leather goods and African carved art. Local artists sell fabulous scenic pictures, paint or draw your portrait or even do a caricature.
Just behind the promenade you will find a permanent fun fair. Eating out is a pleasure in Torrevieja with an abundance of Spanish, English, German, American and Chinese restaurants and bars. Every Friday Torrevieja holds one of the largest open-air markets in Spain and sells all kinds of food, textiles, clothes and accessories. The town has a good shopping area with lots of independently owned shops selling a variety of goods. There is also a shopping mall (Habaneras) and large hypermarket (Carrefour). An indoor market is open daily where you can buy fresh produce; fish, meat, fruit and vegetables. The beaches along the coastline are Playa Flamenca, La Zenia, Cabo Roig, and Campoamor. All of these beaches have been awarded a blue flag signifying safety and high quality.

position to be able to discover other areas of the Costa Blanca such
as Alicante, Elche, Murcia, Santa Pola and Benidorm. Excursions are
available from Torrevieja to the Island of Tabarca daily throughout
A booking deposit
of 20% is required to reserve and the balance to be paid 8 weeks before
arrival. Changeover days are negotiable depending on existing reservations,
midweek bookings accepted though peak season Saturday only. Any evidence
of smoking anywhere within the property will result in the forfeit of
the damage deposit. Car hire is not essential, airport transfers can be
arranged from either Murcia or Alicante airport . A damage and key deposit
of £100/150euros is required and will be returned after satisfactory
inspection of the apartment. Payment
