complex in Playa Flamenca and is available for long or short term rental.
It comprises of two bedrooms, one double and one twin with a sofa bed
in the lounge. There is a full size wooden cot available free of charge.
The lounge has a English and International TV with some 250 channels and
a DVD player. There is free Wi Fi. The pool is right next to the property
so not far to walk! Outside on the south facing patio there are sun loungers
and a BBQ for your use. The kitchen is equipped with fridge freezer, microwave,
hob, oven, toaster, iron, ironing board and washing machine. At the back
of the kitchen there is an outside utility area for drying clothes etc.The
bathroom is fully tiled and comprises a full size bath with shower over,
vanity basin, toilet and bidet.There is one air con unit in the lounge
and main bedroom and ceiling fan in the twin bedroom, air con is available
on a meter.
The Flamenca beach commercial centre with restaurants and bars etc is
a ten minute walk away, while the beach is a fifteen to twenty minute
walk. Other beautiful beaches are within comfortable driving distance
– La Zenia, Torre de la Horadada, Cabo Roig. A local bus service
is provided in the summer months. There are also restaurants and bars
just five minutes walk away (chinese, italian and indian).
Within a five minute walk there is the Municpal Sports Centre, Las Piscinas,
which has a a semi-Olympic heated indoor pool, two tennis courts, three
paddle courts, two multi-use sports courts, artificial turf pitch, jogging
track, an exercise room for classes and a café. The centre accommodates
7-a side Football, Rugby, Tennis, Paddle Tennis, Basketball, Handball,
Volleyball and Swimming for all ages. It also has parking, access and
changing facilities for disabled users.
Zenia Boulevard, the largest shopping centre in Europe which opened on
25 September 2012, is a five minute drive away. Zenia Boulevard has a
traditional Mediterranean design, featuring more than 600 trees and 55
different plant species in the various gardens and open spaces which give
colour to the shopping centre. Its layout is designed to reflect a typical
Spanish village, with various “town squares” such as Plaza
London Square or Plaza Mayor linked by “streets” lined with
shops of every description.
The centre accommodates popular national, international and local brands
such as the hypermarket Alcampo, Leroy Merlin, Tenpin bowling, Primark,
Inditex with Zara and their other trademarks H&M, C&A, Deichmann,
